Our purpose at 'The Next Decade' is to support Young Adults with Autism and other Intellectual Disabilities, who are beyond school age (22+), to reach their full potential, with the greatest level of Independence.
The Next Decade Inc Provides Daily Support and Services including: Job search application process; interviewing skills; job training; job coaching; travel training; job evaluations; job socialization skills; organizational skills; time management skills; money management; taxes and take home pay; work ethic.
The Next Decade Inc. also provide services includes: Career goals; college orientation; on line registration; classroom assistance; responsibilities; socialization skills; self determination skills; recreation and leisure skills; social media etiquette; building friendship; friendships; public transportation; banking
The Next Decade Inc trained Young Adults on: Gardening; painting; custodial; landscaping; deliveries; gleaning fruit trees; beach clean ups; events parking; trash pickup; curb painting; senior citizens care; food share; feeding the homeless; pet care; cooking and food prep; flower arranging/deliveries. .
Designed Specifically for Young Adults with Autism and other Disabilities ages 22+. Evidenced Based Practices taught by Professional Special Educators supporting music, dancing and acting, which

'The Next Decade' is a 501(c3) Non- Profit Organization, which will provide support to young adults with Autism and other disabilities in the community in Ventura County. Our office is located at 2901 Peninsula Road, Suite #146 in Oxnard, CA. 93035. The Director is Dr. Patti Gault, a Special Educator, who has worked as a Special Education Teacher in the Public School System for the past forty-four years.
